We have an outstanding course series that covers every possible facet of real estate investing while giving students hands-on, in-the-field experience with a focus on applying their knowledge to the real world as quickly and profitably as possible. Learn how to find buyers and sellers using internet, craigslist, and property auctions. You will receive New Investor Profile- Business cards, websites, networking, relationship building, and business branding with our TEAM MEMBER OPTION. Real estate training materials will be provided on certain subjects in areas we’re covering such as understanding, such as Foreclosures, Probate, Absentee Owners. Identify and Compare and scout different leads Foreclosures, Probate, Fire Damage, Absentee Owners. Documentation & Asst’ provided.


Mentorship for New Real Estate Investors

  • The Investment: $997 up front** and we split profits 50-50 for the first 3 deals
  • You can do $497 up front and payments of $250 a month for 2 months.

Real Estate 1-on-1 Mentoring

  • One-on-One Mentoring – you’ll be able to talk with me to discuss anything that you need help with during this process.You can go over deals and offers, conversations with sellers and buyers, and just about anything that may come up. You’ll have a total of four “one-on-one” sessions available to use at your own pace. Typically students prefer to space these out to twice a month.
  • Deal Analysis – You’ll be able to discuss specific deals with your me via email or while on the “one-on-one” calls. Analyzing deals and knowing what to offer is one of the most critical aspects of becoming a successful real estate investor… I will help you become an expert at doing this very quickly.
  • Partner Up on Deals- I will be partnering up with you or assist you on the first 3 deals to ensure your success.
  • Personal E-mail Access – You’ll be able to email me via direct email in between the “one on one” sessions. You can ask just about anything via email …seller and buyer scenarios… marketing.. deal structuring .. anything!

Emergency Help Access

    • HELP?! If a deal is falling apart and you need urgent help you’ll be able to reach me or one of my personal coaches via phone or email.
    • While we ask that you only utilize this resource in true emergency situations, we want you to take comfort in knowing IF YOU NEED A LIFE RAFT, YOUR MENTOR IS HERE. There will be a few deals that will fit this criteria so we are there for you.
    • For example, you have a deal that is closing today and there are some issues that come that could prevent the closing (and your profit)
    • 1. What you will learn: Everything. How to negotiate deals, what deals are good, what deals are bad, how to determine value, how to get things sold quickly, how to do things risk free, how to expedite closings, etc., etc.. How to BE THE BEST. By the end of 6 months you will know how to do what I do. All that I am will rub off on YOU.
    • 2. How much time it takes on a weekly basis? As much as you have to put into it. I started myself part time while working another full time job and then went full time whenever I could afford to do so. I have other students who have done the same.
    • 3. How much access you will have to me? Pretty much unlimited. Within reason. My experience has been that by offering unlimited access to me, you guys tend to not abuse it. You will have my private personal email that I check a billion times a day.
    • 4. What work is involved on your part? At first the only thing you have to worry about is finding leads (motivated sellers). I can help you find them, and you should. Get creative! Everyone’s preferred method of lead generation is different. Everything else you will learn as we go. Finding leads, by the way, is the easy part. It’s what to do with them that takes some learning.
    • 5. Where will we get the money to buy houses? We will be assigning contracts which does not require any money. Heck of a nice way to started right?
    • 6. Who is responsible for selling the properties? You are, under our guidance. I will assist you in building a buyer’s list and with marketing locally in the most effective manner possible.
    • 7. Where the closings will be? Attorney Office or Registry Of Deeds

    • Let me ask you a question. How much do you honestly think another real estate coach is going to help you in your efforts to get your deals CLOSED (as in, “check in your bank account” CLOSED) when they have no interest in the deal? We are going to make DANG sure your deals close because YOUR deals are OUR deals!
    • As a side note, 50% of profits is darn generous. Bring a lead to any other wholesaler and they will give you $500. I will be giving you more like $5,000 to $20,000 per deal AND teaching you an industry in the process. I have a friend who spent $20,000 for his mentoring! I accept all major credit cards.
