Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund policy for all students who register for any courses including Continuing Education, Pre-Licensing, Brokers and other online seminars are pro-rated and based on the amount of material completed in a seminar.
Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy students can cancel their course within one week of registration. Notice of withdrawal within three business days less an administration fee of $50 without penalty. The administration fee for our continuing education program is $25. All Payments are due upon registration by credit card authorization in which you will have access to the seminars after you enroll. We guarantee all courses, and have provisions to ensure completion.

Any other form of payment including checking accounts, cash or cashier’s check can be arranged for special handling by e-mailing our staff. If you had purchased books or other additional offline materials for a seminar before canceling, you will be responsible for returning those materials to the Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy before a refund for those materials can be made.

Authorize a Refund

Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy must receive any request to cancel via email within 48 hours of signing up for a class in order to be considered for a refund. The student must not have logged onto and/or begun any online course offered by Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy. Any refund requests are under the full and complete discretion of Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy.
