My name is Karriem Cherry and I am a proud father of 2 beautiful girls first and a business entrepreneur second. I’m originally from New York but I’ve lived along the North Shore of Boston for the last 20 years, yes I like the Yankees and Knicks, but I root for the home team sometimes.
My career background stems as licensed insurance agent for 7 years, and real estate business for 7 years. I grew a passion for real estate from that point forward. I’m currently a real estate broker with an even deeper passion for real estate now that I own my own business. I invest in emerging commercial multifamily real estate markets around the country and I help people get a higher than average rate of return secured by real-estate.
I love assisting tenants find their new apartments, first time home buyers cherrypick the new family home. I provide real estate solutions for distressed homeowners losing their home to foreclosure, bankruptcy or any other financial situation.
My company and I also buy distressed and abandoned property and rehab them for low-medium income families and first time home buyers.
On a few of our projects we to take our real estate investing and turn it into a community service initiative and incorporate “At-Risk” youth from our local neighborhoods and provide them with work leadership opportunities. This is a community development program that addresses core issues facing low-income communities: housing, education, employment, crime prevention and leadership development. Low-income young people ages 16-24 work toward their GED or high school diploma while learning job skills by building affordable housing.
One of my passions is sharing my wisdom with others and helping them succeeds. Therefore, I created the Cherry Tree Real Estate Academy to provide anyone interested in the real estate world an avenue of opportunity in a career that provides financial freedom, Independency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Yes I love what I do, helping distressed homeowners out of real estate issues, find first time home buyers new homes, teaching new students how to invest in real estate, Help our “at-risk youth and young adults” with a way of becoming active contributors to their own community and neighborhoods in revitalization. Yes, I Love the Win-Win-Win situation for everyone.
